Products

What kind of women are La Roue clothes intended for?

La Roue clothes are designed for tall women up to 193 cm tall. Each product comes in two lengths (long and extra long) and sizes from 34 to 46.

Will there be clothes for shorter women?

At the moment we do not plan to expand the range for women shorter than 175 cm.

Where can I find clothing measurements?

In the description of each item, there is a table that presents all the dimensions of the given garment. Additionally, it also contains information about the model's height and her measurements.

The product I would like to purchase is unavailable

If the product you are interested in is currently sold out, just enter your email address in the "Notify me of availability" section. You will receive a message from us as soon as the product returns to our store.

Where do you sew your clothes?

Our clothes are made in Poland at every stage of production: from design, through materials, sewing and packaging.

I don't know what size and length to choose, can I ask for help?

Payments

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following forms of payment: payment card / quick transfer from selected Polish banks / Blik / Google Pay / Apple Pay.

Can I pay on delivery?

Currently, we do not offer the option of cash on delivery.

I was unable to pay for my order, how can I do that?

If payment was not successful when placing an order, you will receive an email from us with a link or payment details. An order that is not paid within 48 hours will be canceled.

What is the refund process like?

The refund will be made within 14 business days of receiving the package. The refund will be made in the same form in which the payment was made.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order along with information about the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped to you yet. To do this, please email us at hello@larouebrand.com Please remember to include your order number and name in your message.

What delivery methods are available?

There are 2 convenient forms of delivery available within the country:

1. InPost parcel lockers

2. InPost courier

International deliveries are made via DHL International courier.

What is the shipping price?

The delivery price is as follows:

1. InPost parcel lockers - PLN 17

2. InPost courier - PLN 18

Free delivery for orders over PLN 499

How quickly are packages shipped?

We ship packages within 24 hours of placing an order. Pre-Order orders have an extended delivery time. The description of each product includes the time it takes to complete such an order.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the carrier, delivery of the order within the country is 1-2 business days.

Do you send parcels abroad?

Yes. We ship to EU countries, the United States, Canada and Australia. For more information, please see the description under each product in the "Shipping" tab. If your country is not listed, please contact us so we can check the available options for you.

Returns and exchanges

How can I return an order?

Information on returning an order can be found in the "Returns and complaints" tab at the bottom of the page. Simply print and fill out the return form, then attach it to your order and send it to our address:

You can return your order within 14 days.

Can I return a Pre-Order?

Yes, you can return such an order within 14 days. The entire return procedure can be found in the "Returns and complaints" tab at the bottom of the page.

Who bears the costs of return?

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Which carrier should I use for the return?

Send your return to us via InPost parcel lockers. We do not accept cash on delivery. For more information, see the "Returns and complaints" tab at the bottom of the page.

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange an item for another, simply return the order and then purchase the correct item again.

Has my returns package arrived yet?

To find out if your package has arrived, check its status with the carrier. We will process your return within 14 days of delivery. You will receive an email notification when your return has been approved.

When will I receive a refund for the returned product?

You will receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the package if the return is accepted by us. The refund is made in the same form in which it was made.

Complaints

How to file a complaint?

Before sending us the product as part of the complaint, please send sample photos, allowing for initial verification of the damage, to the address hello@larouebrand.com After receiving the reply, please include the complaint form in the package with the product under complaint, available in the "Returns and complaints" tab.
